Youth Basketball League
The YBL is one of the largest youth recreational leagues in Montreal and Brossard with over 30 teams and 300 kids ranging from 7-17. Founded in 1996, the YBL has helped thousands of kids since its inception.
The YBL has made it possibe that every kid has an opportunity to play in a league. It is also in partnership with the DJ Sports Club charitable non-profit organization.
‘I started the league because when I was younger I got cut from the AAA team and unfortunately during that time there was no recreational league. I wanted to create a league where every kid had a chance to play in a league and grow as a player, while enjoying the game of basketball”
Roy Savory Basketball League
RSBL started in 1996 with 4 teams and now there are over 40 teams. It has grown into one of the largest recreational leagues in Montreal. The DBC was made by its great players who created a community like atmosphere. Many of the players have been in the league for over 10 years including some who have started in the (YBL) The Youth Basketball League. The DBC also donates part of their proceeds to the DJ Sports Club
The DBC provides all of its players a competitive place to play, where they can enjoy the game of basketball. We hope to continue to grow our community and to provide everyone with an excellent experience. This year the DBC will be providing twenty divisions to all your skills and passion. There are limited spots so register fast! First come, First served!
